MARKETING MANAGERS

A person working in the area relating to marketing function is called marketing manager. Marketing manager develops, promote and distribute new products to customers and also make a strategy for getting and retaining customers.

 Example:  Sears Holdings Corporation(the retailer created when Kmart Holding purchased sears in March 2005) demoted CEO Alan J Lacy, whose experience and skills in finance, so that a leader with more experience in marketing and promoting brands could help the organization be more responsive to customers. 

FINANCIAL MANAGERS:

A person who deals primarily with an organization's  Financial resources, to carry the process of accounting, to carry cash management and to take a decision about investment etc.

OPERATION MANAGERS:

A person managing the system that creates the organization's products and services also controlling the production process, controlling the inventory system, maintaining quality standards and also chose the best side and responsible regarding plant layout.

Example:

Improve the existing procedure for outgoing and incoming resources and track inventory for the warehousing departments.
Develop and adhere to operating budget.

Operation Managers

Human RESOURCE MANAGER:

A person who deals with the hiring and development of employees is called the human resource manager. The human resource manager is also formulating performance appraisal system, discharging low performing employees and problem creating employees.

GENERAL MANAGER:

A person who has some basic familiarity with all functional areas of management rather than specialized training in any one area. General manager controlling the function of managerial and  non managerial employees.

CONCLUSION: 

Managers need the mental capacity to understand the overall working of the organization and its environment is able the managers to think strategically to see the big picture and to make board decision that serves the overall organization.
